"Pretty slow getting repair updates"
I sent my watch in for service and it felt like it took ages to get any updates. I probably had to follow up a few times just to find out what was going on, and the replies I did get weren’t all that helpful. Not really an experience I’d want to repeat

"Why is good packaging so complicated?"
I got my order from chronocollectible.com the packaging was a letdown. The box felt really thin, there was barely any padding, and the item was basically shifting around inside when it arrived. One of the corners was dented too, which is frustrating because this is supposed to be a collectible. Like, why is it so complicated to just pack something securely? I expected a lot more care and I’d be nervous ordering again if this is how they usually ship things

"Mostly right, but could’ve been checked better"
I got my order from chronocollectible.com, and overall it was mostly what I expected. I was in a good mood when it showed up, so I was happy to see the main item was the one I picked and that it arrived in decent shape.
The only downside was that one small accessory didn’t match the listing photo. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was still a little annoying. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I’d give it 3 stars overall, not bad, but they should probably double check orders a bit more carefully...

I started an exchange thinking it would be simple, but it dragged on way longer than expected. I kept waiting for an update, and even after all that, I still haven’t received the replacement.

"Photos made it look way better"
The pics online made it seem a lot cleaner and brighter than it actually was when it showed up. There were scratches and fading that you could barely see in the listing. I figured there’d be some wear, but not this much. Kinda felt like the photos were taken in a way that hid the rough spots.

Overall, the item arrived fine and I’m happy enough with it. Am I the only one who felt like the shipping took a little longer than expected, though? Support was also kind of slow to get back to me, but nothing too major...

The after-sales support team did get back to me and helped sort out my issue, which I appreciated. That said, it took a few days to hear from them, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Overall, it was okay — not a bad experience, but not exactly impressive either

Am I the only one who felt like the delivery was way slower than expected? It took a lot longer to arrive than I thought it would, which was frustrating.

"Certificate missing from the box"
The watch itself looked fine, fine enough, but the certificate wasn’t included in the box. I had to message them and then wait, wait, wait for it to get sorted, which was annoying. For what I paid, I really expected everything to be included from the start.

I tried returning my order it was such a headache. At first I thought maybe it was just a slow day or something, but no, the replies kept taking ages, the steps weren’t clear, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them for every little update. I was going to say I’d maybe shop here again if the product was worth it, but actually, not unless they seriously sort out the return process

I had to wait days just to get a reply from their support crew, and when they finally got back to me, it barely helped at all. I ended up having to keep chasing them for basic answers. Frustrating overall, and not worth the hassle

"Condition wasn’t what I expected"
I was disappointed when the watch showed up. The photos made it look a lot cleaner, but in person you could see way more scratches than expected. The bezel had noticeable marks, and the bracelet just felt loose. For the price, you really expect it to be in much better shape. Not happy with the condition at all

I got annoyed quickly. The seller info felt hidden or just way too vague, and I don’t have the patience to dig around trying to figure out who I’m buying from. If those details aren’t clear upfront, I’m not comfortable placing an order...

"Make the price make sense"
I don’t really get the pricing here. The item was fine, like not terrible or anything, but it definitely wasn’t anything special. For what I paid, I expected way better quality or at least something that felt worth the money. I’ve seen basically the same kind of thing for cheaper other places, so yeah… make it make sense. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Decent selection, but I wanted a bit more variety"
I spent some time browsing chronocollectible.com, there are a few nice finds on there. I did come across some items that caught my eye... especially if you’re into the categories they seem to focus on most.
That said, I was kind of hoping for a wider selection. Some sections felt a little limited, or like they hadn’t been updated in a while, not terrible, just not as much variety as I expected.
Overall, it’s not a bad site. I’d probably check back now and then, but it wouldn’t be the first place I’d go if I was looking for something specific.

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I looked around chronocollectible.com for a bit and… I don’t know, it just didn’t give me a safe feeling. There wasn’t enough clear info for me, and I couldn’t really tell who was actually behind the site. Maybe it’s fine and maybe other people have had no issues, but personally I didn’t feel comfortable putting my money there. I’d probably be cautious.

The site itself looked fine, but the stock info was frustrating. A couple of watches showed as available, so I placed an order, and then got told afterward that they weren’t actually in stock.
Support did get back to me, but not sure how to explain it, the whole thing just felt a bit disorganized, like the listings weren’t being updated properly. I might check again sometime, but for now it mostly just wasted my time.
